Agreement may be renewed annually by mutual written consent following an annual review at least 90 days before the USF fall semester to ensure compliance with state law and dual enrollment requirements. Either party may terminate with 90 days’ written notice or immediately for specified causes, with a commitment to teach-out students already enrolled.
