Pasadena Unified School District approved Contract RC915:26:27 with Paradigm Healthcare Services LLC from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, to provide Medi-Cal LEA billing, CRCS preparation, CYBHI fee schedule claims management, and related software and consulting services. Paradigm will be compensated on a contingency-fee basis capped at 7% of approved claim values for billing services and up to 1% of Total Medi-Cal Maximum Reimbursable Cost for each CRCS workbook, funded from Medi-Cal reimbursements rather than district general funds.
