Description

The City of Laramie will authorize DeLancey Enterprises, LLC to temporarily use its Laramie County retail liquor license within city limits to cater alcohol service for the May 5, 2026 WEA Energy Summit at the Marian Rochelle Gateway Center. The permit generates $50 in revenue and fulfills Wyoming liquor law requirements under W.S. 12-4-502(d).
