The Board will consider approving an MOU with DLA Architects, Ltd. to provide professional architectural services for Phase II of the 360 W. Schaumburg Road Maintenance Center Project. Fees will be time-and-materials for Building 1 and 8% of competitively bid construction costs for Buildings 2 and 4, with additional services billed separately.
