The City of St. George plans to enter a Professional Services Agreement with Alliance Consulting LLC to redesign and manage construction bidding for the Virgin River Trail Bloomington Park to I-15 Phase 2 & 3, with construction targeted for FY 2023-24. A $200,000 state recreation grant will support trail construction following completion of the redesign.
