Effective as of last signature date through July 31, 2027, with automatic one-year renewals

MOU automatically renews for consecutive one-year terms after July 31, 2027 unless either party gives at least 90 days’ written notice prior to the expiration of the then-current term. Either party may terminate without cause with 90 days’ notice, or for cause if a material breach is not cured within 30 days after notice. Termination of the underlying School Health Services Agreement automatically terminates this MOU.

Agreement
