The Housing Authority of the City of Asheville approved a Memorandum of Understanding with Blue Ridge Atlantic Development LLC d/b/a Blue Ridge Cascade to jointly develop the 89-unit Apex on Hazel Mill affordable housing project. The non-binding MOU outlines roles, financing using 4% LIHTCs and tax-exempt bonds, voucher commitments, and ownership structure through April 30, 2027 or until definitive agreements are executed.
