Description

South Berwick voters are asked to dedicate all 2026-2027 proceeds from the existing parking lease agreement with Avesta Young Street LP to a designated reserve for parking lot repair and maintenance. The lease agreements, dated December 12, 2014 and December 22, 2015, will continue to generate funds earmarked for upkeep of the leased lot.
