Description
Springville City plans to authorize the Mayor to execute a real estate purchase contract with the Utah Department of Transportation for a small permanent right-of-way strip and temporary construction easement at Kelvin Grove Park. UDOT will pay $5,100.00 in just compensation and install fencing while maintaining park functionality during the Sharp/Tintic Railroad Connection project.
