The City amended its 2025 Small Business Employment Re-Grant Program agreement with LISC Jacksonville to extend the grant term through December 31, 2026 and raise eligible business revenue caps to $750,000. LISC will continue administering re-grants to qualifying small businesses, with all funds to be used by year-end 2026 or reverted to the City.
