Summit County Council authorized the Executive to enter into a five-year sublease with the Summit Soil and Water Conservation District for 1,891 square feet of office space at the Pry Building, totaling $262,564.19 in rent from February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2031. The intergovernmental lease continues SSW's occupancy to support local soil and water quality efforts.
