City recoups Caledonia Spirits infrastructure investment

The City of Montpelier continues its 2017 Development Agreement with Caledonia Spirits, Inc., under which the City funded public infrastructure improvements to be repaid through property tax and utility revenues. By February 2023, the City had already recouped more than its original investment, including $100,000 expected to be returned to the Community Development Fund at the end of FY 2022-2023.
