The City of Kenai is entering a Memorandum of Agreement with Greatland Consulting and Training LLC for calendar year 2026 to use the Alaska Regional Aircraft Fire Training Center for Aircraft Rescue Firefighting training. Under the agreement, GCT will schedule and deliver training while paying established rates and consumable costs to support sustainable facility operation.
