The City of Dayton continues to use KZF as the designer for the Dayton Riverfront Commons Phase 2 and 3 trail and lighting conduit project from Berry Street to Fourth Avenue. Design services support construction of a 12-foot-wide concrete bicycle and pedestrian trail along the riverfront.
