City of West Palm Beach Commission Meeting Agenda April 2026

The City of West Palm Beach approved a second amendment to its Construction Manager at Risk contract with Burkhardt Construction, Inc., raising the Guaranteed Maximum Price to $8,988,810.56 to add underground utilities improvements to the Chase Street and Trinity Place streetscape project. The amendment incorporates replacement of an aging water main and drainage structure upgrades into the ongoing streetscape work.
