Initial term of three (3) years from July 1, 2026, with automatic one-year renewals thereafter unless terminated with 90 days written notice

Initial three-year term from July 1, 2026, with automatic one-year renewals unless either party provides 90 days written notice of termination. IECC may also terminate with 30 days written notice for violations of IECC policies or MOU terms. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
