Hermiston approved joining Umatilla County and neighboring cities in a renewed intergovernmental agreement to operate the PATH regional homeless response system through June 30, 2028. Umatilla County will continue as a core funding and governance partner, sharing in annual operating costs of up to $826,875 by FY 2028.
