The Council is asked to choose between a three-year and five-year renewal beginning June 1, 2026; Clarivate’s standard annual increase is 5%, but the proposed schedules reduce increases and may include a termination clause allowing 49-99 to exit without penalties if CLSA funding stays depressed. Disconnect fees for withdrawing from LINK+ would still apply.
