24 months service period per line; Agreement continues as long as any line of service remains active; pricing may continue month-to-month after service period with 30 days’ notice to terminate

Each line of service has a 24‑month service period; after a line’s service period expires, T-Mobile will continue service at the same terms or standard list pricing with 30 days’ advance notice until either party gives 30 days’ written notice to terminate that line. The overall Agreement term continues as long as any line remains active, and pricing and terms may transition to a new or alternative master agreement if NASPO Contract MA176 or the Pennsylvania Participating Addendum are terminated or replaced. Lines may be suspended up to 60 days in summer, which extends their service period by the suspension duration.
