Dakota County approved an Indefeasible Right To Use agreement granting the City of Apple Valley access to four strands of County-owned fiber to connect Redwood and Kelley Parks to the Apple Valley Municipal Center. The City will pay $1,740 annually over an initial 10-year term, with two optional five-year renewals.
