City staff presented a new Interlocal Agreement for discussion under which the City of Pasco will provide administrative, financial, and legal services to the Pasco Public Facilities District for development of an aquatics facility, at a base rate of $9,500 per month plus additional billable services, from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025 or until facility occupancy. Formal Council approval is scheduled for a subsequent meeting.
