The Byron-Bergen Central School District Board approved entering into an intermunicipal agreement with Genesee Valley BOCES to fund its $1,690,669 share of a $42.9 million capital improvement project at the Batavia and Mount Morris campuses. The project will be financed collaboratively by BOCES and its 22 component districts, with alternative DASNY financing contemplated if the IMA is not unanimously approved.
