Upon closing of the cannabis business ownership transfer, Mello Gill, LLC will assume Gill’s existing Host Community Agreement for the marijuana retailer at 1 Main Road through December 30, 2027. The Town’s First Amendment formalizes this assignment and recognizes Mello Gill, LLC as the HCA party going forward.
