Clinton County is asked to authorize Administration to sign a Use of Space for Mobile Health Clinic Agreement with UM Health-Sparrow Mobile Health for mobile health services at the County Fairgrounds from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027. The agreement sets mutual responsibilities for site access, safety, insurance, and operation of the mobile health bus.
