$45.32 per hour, not to exceed $32,630.40 for 720 hours (2026-2027); total anticipated City cost including shared guard $38,869.20

Agreement includes an Initial Term from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 and up to two automatic, successive one-year renewal terms unless either party provides written non-renewal notice at least 30 days before the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term. Contractor must notify the City at least 60 days before expiration with any proposed rate changes, which are deemed accepted unless the City objects at least 30 days before term end; if the City objects but wishes to renew, both parties will negotiate new rates in good faith.
