Dream proposes grading and fill agreement with Town

Dream has proposed entering into an agreement with the Town of High River to excavate structural fill from Town-owned lands at SW 36-18-29-W4 for use in Montrose Phase 5, in exchange for grading the Town parcel to its ultimate reserve and recreational layout and paying royalties or contributing to a future recreation facility. Council is being asked to direct Administration to work with Dream on a detailed grading plan, royalty structure, and formal agreement.
