The Board approved a three-year facilities lease with Relevant Academy of Eaton County for classroom and office space in the Sawdon Administration Building from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029. Relevant will pay $7.13 per square foot in 2026–27 with CPI-based increases, while GLPS provides utilities, custodial, maintenance, and building insurance.
