Fredonia-Moccasin to host CTED courses under IGA

Fredonia-Moccasin Unified School District No. 6 approved a one-year intergovernmental agreement with CAVIAT effective July 1, 2026 to host and deliver career technical education courses as part of the CTED program. The district will supply facilities, staff, and support services while using CTED funds to enhance, not supplant, its existing CTE programs.

Agreement is for one year with termination allowed upon 30 days’ written notice before semester end, effective at the end of that semester. District may seek amendments to Exhibit A by April 30 of each school year to adjust for staffing, enrollment, or facility changes, provided total support does not exceed the amended Exhibit A total. Continuation beyond June 30, 2027 would require a new or renewed agreement and is contingent on availability of lawful district funds.
