School signs 36‑month water equipment rental deal

$593.00 per month (plus taxes), 36-month term

EQUIPMENT

36 months, renewing annually for 12 months at same monthly rate unless cancelled with 90 days’ notice

Initial rental term is 36 months from the Delivery and Acceptance Date. After the initial term, the agreement automatically renews for successive 12‑month periods at the same monthly rate unless the customer provides written notice of intent not to renew at least 90 days before the end of the then‑current term. Customer may terminate early with 30 days’ written notice by paying all remaining payments, sales tax, and applicable fees.
