The Board approved a revenue-generating concession contract with Turo, Inc. to operate peer-to-peer car sharing services at BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2031. The airport will receive 10% of Turo’s gross revenues from operations there.
