Five (5) years from the date of the last executed signature, unless terminated sooner

Initial term of five years with the option for either party to terminate on 30 days’ written notice or immediately for just cause. Existing interns may continue under the agreement’s terms as long as they remain enrolled and the facility meets program requirements; future renewals or amendments must be in writing signed by both parties.
