Boerne ISD entered into a 2026–2027 Memorandum of Understanding with Western Governors University to operate a PREP Grow Your Own educator pipeline program. Each party will support district employees in earning bachelor’s degrees and completing educator preparation while employed, with shared responsibilities for program implementation and data-based improvement.
