The Board approved an agreement with D.A. Davidson & Co. to serve as Linn County’s dissemination agent for municipal bond continuing disclosure, at $1,000 annually per report plus fees for event notices, effective April 15, 2026. The firm will assist the County in meeting SEC Rule 15c2-12 disclosure obligations for multiple outstanding bond issues.
