FACILITIES

From Effective Date until the earlier of 50 years from Effective Date or termination of the Facility Lease, but in no event before all Bonds and related indebtedness are fully repaid

Initial term ends on the earlier of 50 years from the Effective Date or termination of the Facility Lease; the parties may extend the term by mutual agreement, but termination cannot occur until all Bonds and other Board indebtedness for the project are fully repaid or retired.
