Description

Newcastle Public Schools entered into an agreement effective July 1, 2026 to serve as the LEA and operator of the THRIVE Learning Collaborative, providing virtual and blended learning services to participating districts. Member districts will be billed each semester based on ADM, covering THRIVE staffing, curriculum, and equipment, with a 2.0% indirect cost fee.
