The Fridley City Council approved a five-year Joint Powers Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety’s Bureau of Criminal Apprehension to provide the Police Department and Coon Rapids Prosecuting Attorney access to the Criminal Justice Data Communications Network for $3,000 per year.
