Happy Enchilada has engaged Blaktop Inc. of West Lebanon to perform pavement repair work required under Zoning Permit #2026-58 as part of the outdoor seating project at 70 Gates Street. Completion of this contracted repair is a prerequisite to obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy for the new patio area.
