Initial Term runs 7/1/2025–6/30/2030. Following the Initial Term, the subscription, including any add-on licenses, will automatically renew for successive 12‑month Renewal Terms at then-current fees with an automatic 5% Innovation Increase over the prior term’s per-license fee unless the district provides written notice of cancellation or intent not to renew at least 60 days before the end of the then-current term. Renewal term fees, including any add-ons, are due up front in full before each Renewal Term; no refunds or credits are provided for unused portions of a term.
