Base term runs from 2026-09-01 through 2027-07-01. Notice of intent to renew must be provided by each party no later than 2026-07-01; if not renewed, programs must continue only long enough for currently enrolled students to complete studies, but not more than two additional academic years. Any revisions or modifications require written amendment signed by both parties. Either party may terminate with 90 days’ written notice, but obligations incurred before termination continue until the graduation date of the last enrolled class in the Academy unless otherwise agreed in writing.
