Springfield approved a Third Addendum to its lease with the Agricultural and Mechanical Society of Springfield, Missouri to permit alcohol sales and service throughout the grounds during the annual Ozark Empire Fair. The change applies when the Fair Board holds a valid liquor license covering those areas.
