New Market Skills Center and Tumwater School District entered into a 2026-2027 interdistrict cooperative agreement with Quillayute Valley School District to provide access to New Market Skills Center programs. Quillayute Valley will fund students up to 1.6 FTE each and pay an additional $300 per FTE per year into the serving district’s Capital Investment Fund.
