Richmond Approves New Stormwater Utility Area Agreement

The Richmond City Council approved a Stormwater Utility Area Agreement with the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to manage Stormwater Utility Assessment revenues for the city’s stormwater compliance and Contra Costa Clean Water Program obligations.
