City staff seek authorization to contract with Scout Energy Group to reroute gas lines that conflict with the cemetery expansion project, at an estimated cost of $55,200 not to exceed $60,000. The work will be funded from the Street, Drainage, and Capital Improvement share of the One-Percent Sales Tax and governed by a Relocation Agreement.
