Original Facilities Use Agreement term was 64 months from April 1, 2021 with an optional three-year extension; this Renewal Agreement exercises that option and extends the term through July 31, 2029. Further extensions, if any, must be by mutual agreement and in accordance with the underlying agreement’s terms.
