Gloucester Implements Yodel Parking Reservation System

Gloucester City Council introduces Yodel, a website-based non-resident beach parking reservation system. The system will go live on May 19, 2002, and reservations will be required starting Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. A small convenience fee of 30 cents per reservation will be charged to the customer.
