The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed a Purchase and Sale Agreement to sell the Don Lindly property on the Alsea River to Lincoln County, subject to Commission approval. Sale proceeds will be used to repay federal Sport Fish Restoration funds to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for future boating access projects.
