City of Borger City Council Meeting Agenda Packet May 19, 2026

City Council will consider Resolution R-016-26 approving an option agreement under which Borger, Inc., the Borger Economic Development Corporation, may sell several lots in the Borger EDC Industrial Park Unit No.1 to Twelve Benefit Corporation. The proposed action would authorize the option terms for the planned commercial or industrial development.
