The Portland Water District Board is asked to authorize the General Manager to execute a design-build contract amendment with AECOM for up to $22.1 million for construction phase services on the East End Wastewater Treatment Facility Comprehensive Upgrade Project. This GMP 1 phase will cover headworks, RAS piping and pumps, HVAC and electrical upgrades, and procurement of long-lead dewatering equipment as part of a $25.8 million multi-year capital program.
