Original MOU term was July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, with an option to extend for additional one-year terms upon written approval. A first amendment was executed on or about August 15, 2024 and a second amendment on or about August 7, 2025. Amendment No. 3 exercises an additional one-year extension through June 30, 2027 and replaces Exhibit A with an updated fee agreement while adding onboarding and safety training provisions for SBH staff.
