Description

The City of Monroe and the County of Butler entered a cooperation agreement for Program Years 2026–2028 under the Butler County CDBG Entitlement and HOME Investment Partnership Programs. The County will apply for and administer federal community development funds and program income on behalf of the City for eligible housing and community renewal activities. The agreement automatically renews in future three-year qualification periods unless either party terminates at the end of a period.
